I love reading physical books. Finding a story you can’t put down, turning the pages, and getting completely lost in it.
But buying books adds up—and once you’ve finished one, it often ends up sitting on a shelf. Still a great book. Just waiting for its next reader.
That’s why I started ShelfMates.
The idea is simple: list a book you’re ready to pass on, arrange pickup or post it to another reader, and earn a credit when they confirm it’s arrived. Then use that credit to find your next read.
One book could be the start of a whole chain of stories, shelves and readers.
ShelfMates is now open in beta, and it’s free to join. I’d love you to give it a go, share your feedback, and help get those first books moving.
Your finished book. Someone’s next favourite.
